Return of Merchandise
According to the provisions of the Consumer Right Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the arrival of the goods (subject to the date of receipt). If the seventh day is a holiday, the end date will be the next day. No items are returnable after the 7-day cooling-off period.
If the product itself is defective, it is returnable. If you need to return the product, please keep the product intact. Once without the tags or washed, any return or exchange request is not accepted unless it is defective. When returning or exchanging, please keep the package intact (including purchased goods, accessories, inner and outer packaging, gifts, etc.) and deliver them together. If there are missing parts, the return rights will be affected. Due to different monitors and resolutions of various brands, the color of the pictures on the website will be slightly different. Please refer to the actual product color.
Condition that not included in Return Policy :
- • Concrete will be changed with the environment, time, and usage habits. This is also the attraction of cement. We wont accept returns of air holes or texture.

- Please allow for size discrepancy of 1-2cm due to manual measurement.
- Our products are handmade. Concrete colors and texture will be unique.
- Incense sticks / Cones are all handmade. A slightly curve would be occurred during production.

Method For Returns
Please contact customer service to confirm your return request. Prepare the returning goods and receipts, Our staff will check the returning goods and process the return immediately.
